You are responsible for all fines and damages that may occur while using the vehicle.
The company has the right to charge the renter the fine amount and additional administrative
costs.

Payment Terms:
Payment is made at site, when booking a car or when renting a car. You can pay with VISA, MasterCard cards.
If you want to extend the rental period, you must call the company within 24 hours to do so.

Cancellation of reservation:
You can cancel the reservation no later than 24 hours before the start of the rental. Otherwise,
the Company reserves the right to charge you a one-day rental fee for your selected vehicle.

The deposit amount for renting a car is 100 GEL. The company returns the deposit after
returning the car.

Refund:
If you return a damaged vehicle, you must notify the company immediately by phone+995 555
05 59 59; In case of an accident, you must provide the company with a police accident report. If
these documents are not submitted, the customer is liable for damages.
Take note!!! Insurance does not apply in case of drunk driver.
